Boar DI Rockdrill
The new Boar Lightweight Series DI Rockdrills are designed for use in the mining and construction industries. They are Australian designed and European made according to exact engineering and quality standards.
The new generation Boar Rockdrills are lighter and better balanced. These improvements have been achieved through a combination of new designs, materials, heat treatment processes and manufacturing techniques.
Three different models are available, each suited to various ground and operating conditions. The rockdrills are available with either standard left hand or optional right hand rotation. A modified PS (polymer silenced) version is available for use in coal mines.
Airleg operation is independent of the rockdrill. Throttle controls are located on the right. All variants are designed for use with DT or PN Series Airlegs

The Boar Series CL Rockdrills are designed for use in the mining and construction industries. They are Australian designed and European made according to exact engineering and quality standards.

Sinkers are specially modified for downwards drilling. Three different models are available, each suited to various ground and operating conditions.
Boar Series SI Sinkers come standard with an ergonomic antivibration handle and lower secondary handles. They are available in wet and dry drilling variants.
Boar Series Stopers
The Boar Series Stopers are designed for use in the mining, construction and tunnelling industries. They are Australian designed and European made according to exact engineering and quality standards. They are specially designed for overhead drilling.
The new generation Boar Stopers are lighter and better balanced. These improvements have been achieved through a combination of new designs, materials, heat treatment processes and manufacturing techniques.
Two different models are available, each suited to various ground and operating conditions. Four different lengths are available. Stopers are available in either left hand or right hand rotation. Special versions for coal mines and Alimak operations are available.
Boar Series Stingers
These units are designed for downwards drilling, espcially shaft sinking operations. The are Australian designed and built according to exact engineering and qualiy standards. They are specially designed for power assisted drilling under an appropriately designed frame.
Stingers are designed to partially mechanise the drilling process by pneumatic powered extension and retraction of the airleg unit. This improves the drilling times and manual handling aspects of the shaft sinking process. Two different extension lengths are available. Units are used on mining and construction shaft sinking projects.

The Boar Series Quarry Drill is designed for use in quarries. They are European designed and manufactured according to exact engineering and quality standards. Three different models are available, each suited to various rock types. Boar Series Quarry are designed to be mounted onto a sliding rail. Air and water are fed directly into the back of the drill.
VK 23 Rockdrill
The VK 23 is a lighter weight rockdrill used in the mining, construction and tunnelling industries. They are designed and made in Europe according to exact quality and engineering standards.
The VK 23 is available in rockdrill and sinker variants. Throttle controls are on the right. The VK 23 comes with either air or water flushing. The rockdrill is used in conjunction with either DT or PN Airlegs. The sinker comes with an ergonomic antivibration handle.

PN Airlegs
PN 67 Series Airlegs are single stage telescopic airlegs. They are robustly constructed from steel and steel shrouded aluminium alloy. There is no exposed aluminium alloy on the outside of the airleg. They are designed for use in the mining and tunnelling industries where hazardous atmospheres may be present, such as coal mines.
The PN 67 Series uses the same controls are the DT Airleg. They can be used with most of the rockdrills commonly found on the Australasian market. Two sizes are available.
DTC Airlegs
The DTC Series Airlegs are Australian designed pusher legs for use in the mining and construction industries. They are proudly Australian made from high quality alloys and have been the industry standard for many years.
Different sizes are available according to your work area and drilling requirements.
DTC Airlegs are designed for use with rockdrills with centralised airleg controls such as the Boar Series C and CL Rockdrills
DT Coal Airlegs
DT Coal Airlegs are specially modified DT Airlegs. The airlegs have no exposed aluminium components. This allows them to be used in hazardous atmospheres encountered in coal mine.
Different sizes are available according to your work area and drilling requirements.
DT Coal Airlegs are designed for use with rockdrills, such are the Boar DI Series with a polymer housing, with independent airleg controls commonly available on the Australasian and overseas market.

BioAiR Rockdrill Oil
For many years miners have needed a product that provided superior lubrication to pneumatic mining equipment but was just as importantly was operator and environmentally friendly. The new BiOAiR rockdrill oil has the following advantages over the oil/water emulsion lubricants and mineral oils commonly used:
- It is made from renewable vegetable oil not refined mineral oils
- Has superior lubrication properties to oil/water emulsions
- Resists water wash out and cannot separate in oil and water layers
- Better for the operator as they do not have to breath paraffinic mineral oil
- Better for the environment
Available in ISO 220 and 320 grades.

As the name implies the split set dolly is designed for the driving of split sets when roof or rib boltling. The dolly is for use with rockdrills that use a 22 x 108 mm drill steel shank. Design features include:

Water Flow Regulator Hose Tail
To ensure your rockdrill has a long working life it is highly recommended that you install a water flow regulator into the water line.
The water flow regulator is designed to reduce the amount of water that flows through your rockdrill, especially when the water pressure is high, reducing the chance of oil film washout. Features include:
- Robust, corrosion resistant and non drip design
- Inline strainer for the removal of small solids in the water line
- Barbed hose tail end for attachment directly into the water hose

The S23 is a very lightweight jackpick, 2.6 kg. It is robustly constructed and designed for use in the construction and metal fabrication industries. The jackpick can be used to clean brick, concrete and stonework. In is also used for the cleaning of welds, forging and castings.
The S23 has a 12.5 mm shank.

The LRK 7 PE is a lightweight, 8.3 kg, jack pick designed for use in the mining, construction and tunnelling industries. It is robustly construction and comes with an antivibration handle and silencer. It is suitable for the demolition of brick and concrete walls.

SRK 12 PE
The SRK 12 PE is a medium weight, 12.9 kg, jack hammer. It is designed for use in the mining, construction and tunnelling industries. It is used for the digging of channels, trenches and shafts as well as the breaking and excavation of rock.
